Personal information is any information that identifies you/your credit union members or would enable someone to contact you/your credit union members, which may include name, email address, phone number and other non-public information that is associated with such information. It does not include aggregate information, anonymous information or any other non-personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies to the www.SXMCUProgram.com domain; products and services that are located on the domain; any other sites owned or operated by us and as applicable, any mobile applications. 

This website collects information at the direction of and as a service to credit unions engaged in the SiriusXM Credit Union Program. The Association has no contractual relationship with the user of the website and its enrollment in the SiriusXM Credit Union Program and recipients of marketing or other communications sent through this platform.
